The Planning Process
Steps to Strategic Planning
Strategic planning follows a consistent process for any space type.
1. Existing Conditions Assessment
2. Operational Analysis
3. Space Needs Estimate
4. Solution Development
5. Implementation Plan
The process is cumulative and builds a collective understanding of the goals the plan will achieve and the challenges it must overcome.
Workshops
Trunk Branch Twig Bud relies upon a collaborative, workshop-based process. Stakeholders, identified early in the process, provide input individually and through interactive workshops that punctuate the process. These workshops allow stakeholders to weigh in on key decisions at the junctures where those occur in the planning process.

Deliverables
At the end of the planning process, you will receive a planning report. This report will be tailored to the specific needs and efforts of the process, but they will include a summary of the five planning phases, discoveries and decisions made. Our reports are designed and formatted to serve as a daily reference guide, rather than "shelf art."

Intangible Deliverables
Consensus is the best intangible deliverable your organization will ever receive. Cultivating a cooperative culture where stakeholders work toward a clear, viable plan for the future can help the organization in ways that extend beyond the scope of one planning project.
