Correctional system needs assessment and Jail Expansion Plan, Baltimore County, MD*.
Criminal justice system and jail needs assessment for jail addition by gender and custody level. Project resulted in a jail expansion of approximately 1,000 beds and approximately 300,000 SF, with improved intake, classification, and services for men and women.
Court Planning Experience
Meg completed her first court planning project in 1997. The client was the largest geographical county in the United States. In the years that have followed Meg has led and participated in court planning projects across the county, including statewide work for court administrative agencies in Maryland, Michigan, and California.
